Pre-booking Camping Form Rules and Regulations
The completed pre-booking camping form should be returned along with a SAE and full payment by cheque made payable to:
‘Game & Country Pursuits Co Ltd’, and sent to: The Welsh Game Fair, Afondale, Cynwyl Elfed, Carmarthen, SA33 6TL
A booking receipt will be issued upon receipt of payment. There will be no entry to the campsite without the booking receipt.
There is a non-refundable fee of £25 per camping pitch, each of which can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, and children, for the duration of the Fair.
All Campers located within the Game Fair designated camping site are offered a discounted weekend admittance rate to the Fair, payable on arrival.
*Camping costs does not include entry to the Game Fair. Individual entry tickets will need to be purchased at the Game Fair entrance on a daily basis*
No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed on campsite. Strict regulations regarding the playing of music, lighting of fires and dogs kept on leads will have to be adhered to.
