How will the entry work? Entry to the Game Fair site will be via a separate access point, Game Fair admission prices will apply. Once on the Game Fair site visitors will have free access to the rest of the Country Park (the Country Park standard entry free of £4.50 will not apply).

Do you provide an entry ticket? All visitors to the event will be provided with a daily wrist band which must be worn at all times.  Visitors unable to provide a valid wrist band will be escorted out of the Game Fair Site.

Are dogs allowed during the show? Yes, dogs are allowed but need to be kept on leads at all times (and are free of charge!).

Is the ground suitable for wheelchairs/prams/pushchairs? Yes, our new venue has a purpose built road structure in place enabling access to majority of areas.

Do you have disabled parking? Yes, we allocate a large space for disabled parking, however once this space is full we will try our very best to park cars as close to the event as possible.

Can we purchase entry tickets prior to the event? No, the entry fee is payable on the day only.

What time does the even start? Gates open at 9am.

Do you provide a programme of events? Yes, the event programme (printed as close to the event as possible) which will be given to every visitor upon arrival; however, we do not publish a timetable of events on the website as these may change.

What are your trade stand costs? Sometimes we do have a few spare trade and craft spaces available close to the event date. Please fill out the form on the contact page with as much information as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
